Plot
Hippo, an eccentric teenager, and his Hungarian stepmother, Buttercup, struggle to grow up in late 1990s America under the roof of a mother who has been institutionalized at least once. I just saw this movie at the Fantasy Film Festival in Montreal and I can only say that I am in love with this movie.
It is truly an amazing wild cinematic ride that you will not regret watching
The amazing story, humor and breathtaking screenplay will keep you engaged, smiling and on the edge of your seat. The whole audience loved this Fantasia movie, clapped, laughed and was in shock/joy because of the sold out hall.
The acting of all the actors is amazing
This film is truly a unique gem that I implore everyone to watch. I have no doubt that this film will take off and Mark will have an amazing career if he chooses to continue to use and develop his creative voice, tone and style.
I’m amazed at how much I love it
It’s really brilliant, one of the best movies I’ve seen in years. I really feel that many stars will be born from this movie.
