Plot
After the events of Batman (2022), Oz Cobb, also known as The Penguin, tries to take over the criminal underworld in Gotham. Aside from the call of the bat in the last frame of the season finale, we never got Robert Pattinson’s cameo in The Penguin. Colin Farrell fought tooth and nail to get his version of the penguin to smoke in Batman (2022), but failed.

However, in his own series, the character is portrayed as an occasional tobacco user, who prefers cigars. The umbrella falls and the logo changes to the Warner Bros. logo.

Starring Graham Norton and guests: Lady Gaga/Demi Moore/Colin Farrell/Richard Ayoade/Jack Savoretti (2024). I’ve been waiting for The Penguin since it was first announced as a series, and I can say that it’s exactly as good as I expected. He excelled in Batman, and is even better in the lead role.

On top of that, Cristin Milioti is just as good as Sofia Falcone. 1 mobster and “bring order to all the chaos.” Some people were worried that a side character like the Penguin wouldn’t carry the show and wouldn’t work without Batman or Bruce Wayne, but don’t worry because he’s more than just a villain in a superhero show, he’s a great villain in his own right. This is a dark, gritty crime drama that is so much fun to watch as it unfolds.
