Media mogul Muncie Daniels must fight for her innocence and her life when she stumbles upon a murder deep in the Poconos. Colman Domingo’s first major role on television. Just started watching and maybe 6-8. Just wanted to get on here and point out how weird these reviews are. Either 10s or 5 and under. People seem to either love him or hate him without any gaps. Personally, I think it’s solid so far, but not earth-shattering. Some aspects are really attractive, while others are a bit predictable or sometimes disturbing. The acting is decent and the pacing is decent, although some areas could use more depth. Overall, I wouldn’t give it a perfect 10, but it definitely deserves more nuance than what I’ve seen in these reviews. This is a show to watch with potential to improve. Hopefully he finds a better balance going forward.
