Plot
Anthony Mackie returns as hero Sam Wilson, who has officially assumed the mantle of Captain America. After meeting with newly elected President of the United States, Thaddeus Ross, Sam finds himself in the middle of an international incident. He must uncover the motive behind a sinister global conspiracy before the true mastermind sends everyone into a frenzy.
