Nope, boring, stupid
The locations of the Higman Family Store and Norma and Nick’s BBQ Restaurant are also real-life family stores. The square is also lit up with Christmas lights just like in the movie.. sorry, but where was Christmas???
I thought this movie was awful!!
Hallmark really hyped this up for us all to look forward to – what a huge hoax! I know a lot of people will read this review, but that’s just my opinion. I thought the actors did a great job with what they had to work with, but what really struck me was very early on when the main characters were sitting around a campfire and at one point they stand up and suddenly join hands…
The CGI, or whatever it’s called, was blatantly fake
No, that’s not going to happen, there were very few people at the time who could hold hands. It was absurd that the lead actress believed so much in one fell swoop, that she was willing to dump her potential life partner in one fell swoop – really? As another reviewer said, it was really bad and very stupid!
Sorry Hallmark, you missed your mark
I gave the acting a 6, some of the performances were good, especially the grandpa, he was cute.
