In GUTTER, Walt (Shameik Moore) feels like he’s finally found a home when he lands at AlleyCatz, a bar and shoe store in his local bowling alley. When financial troubles threaten AlleyCatz, former pro bowler and reigning drinking champion Skunk (D’Arcy Carden) pressures Walt to embrace his role as the greatest bowler to ever walk the earth. While Walt’s big checks and in-your-face style of play dominate the professional tour, his adversaries, including ratings-obsessed news anchor Angel Powers and fledgling bowling legend Linda “The Crusher” Curzon (Susan Sarandon), keep Walt’s flame burning bright. The former tries furiously to extinguish it.
